Additionally, Perry-McCall installed an emergency generator and a new fire sprinkler system.
As part of the refit, Perry-McCall identified potential areas of water intrusion, and determined what remedial work was required to maintain a waterproof envelope. Numerous exterior windows, doors, and frames had to be replaced, along with replacing the old roof with a new built-up roof system. Old caulking around penetration had to be removed and replaced, and the entire building’s exterior stucco was re-coated after all the exterior repairs were completed.
