This project consisted of a single story steel building totaling 70,000 square feet.  Included in the project were high tech radiation rooms requiring three shielded vaults with six foot thick concrete walls and roof.

An ambulatory surgery wing, housing six surgical suites, and a recovery ward were included. A 10,000 square foot utility plant was included in the project scope to meet the needs of the facility.  This plant was designed and constructed to provide the Mayo Clinic with required service for 15 years.
