Perry-McCall constructed this three-story independent senior housing facility in one of Tallahassee’s most desirable golf course communities. Wood frame construction with vinyl exterior siding and architectural grade shingles allowed this facility’s facade to blend into its surrounding neighborhood. The facility included single and double full-service apartments as well as a complete assisted care unit. Meeting and gathering rooms, hobby rooms, private family rooms and a full service kitchen and dining room were included in the amenities of Heritage Oaks. The site consisted of 11 acres with winding walkways through landscaped gardens and shaded areas.
