The building features a three story center atrium, common areas and activity rooms with extensive architectural trim and details, a stucco and vinyl siding exterior with screen porches and private balconies. Exterior features include walking paths with benches, a four-tiered fountain, a gazebo, and a shuffleboard court. The site borders a natural area and features a decorative entry fence and kiosk.
