This two-story Key West-style office building was constructed of shallow foundations with a structural steel frame and masonry block infill. The second floor features a balcony from which the Intracoastal Waterway can be seen. The exterior finish is aluminum storefront and the remainder is EIFS over a stucco base. The project was completed on time and within budget.
