Construction of a state-of-the-art facility that has since become known as one of the best rehab facilities in the Southeastern United States. The four story facility was designed as a stand-alone hospital which includes 110 beds that serve all medical cases with the latest equipment. Therapy areas and a highly advanced technology therapy pool add to this unique hospital. The facility’s design uses a structural steel frame with an exterior finish system of masonry curtain walls. The interior walls use metal studs and drywall with a paint and vinyl wall covering finish. The roof is a single-ply membrane system. The facility was delivered on schedule and in budget – without any change orders.
