GrandMarc at Tallahassee is a 5-story, luxury student living complex that blends new urbanism with traditional neighborhood design. The building is clad in a mixture of brick and stucco, playing off the architecture that dominates the campus of nearby Florida State University.

The complex boasts 200 apartment units, with nearly 400 en-suite units (bedroom w/ private bathroom), a fitness club, study suites, business center, media center / lounge, and leasing offices. The courtyard design means that every room has a view to the outside, overlooking the pool and hot tub area, or a view Brevard Street.

The complex also features a 6-level parking garage, providing secure, on-site parking for the complexes’ 400 student residents.
