Continuing a long history of projects for Hallmark Senior Housing, Perry-McCall performed a two-phase renovation to the Allegro College Harbor in St. Petersburg.The project included a partial interior demolition and renovation with new halls and corridor finishes, upgrades to the administration area, main lobby and restaurant area, and upgraded resident corridors. Architectural and structural upgrades, including doors, hardware, fire protection and electrical, were part of the renovations.
