The scope includes a new five story, 145,000 square foot dorm room building. This facility will contain housing capacity for 659 students in typical 4-person suites. The building will be primarily provide dormitory suites, but will also contain comfortable lounging, gathering and social areas. Designed to be an iconic gateway to the campus, the new student housing facility for Embry Riddle Aeronautical University will provide students with an ultra-modern and comfortable living and learning environment.  Amenities will include lounges, study rooms, and laundry facilities. The First Phase is scheduled to be complete by Jan. of 2017.
